Ingredients
For the Dough
- 150 g of all-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp of Baking Soda
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 55 g of Oil
- 100 g of Sugar
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 100 g of Mango pulp
- 60 g of Water

For the Frosting
- 115 g of Butter
- 300 g of Icing Sugar
- 60 g of Milk
- 1 dash of Vanilla Extract
- 1 dash of Almond Extract
- Shred Coconut
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Dough
Mix all the ingredients and put it in moulds previously oiled. Bake for 20 minutes.

Frosting
Whisk the butter, the milk, the sugar and the almond extract.
Let the cupcakes cool and spread the frosting on it, then, dip it in the coconut.
