Ingredients
- 200 g de Dark Chocolate
- 200 g de Sugar
- 3 soup spoons of Flour
- 1 sachet of Baking Powder
- 5 Eggs
- 200 g de Butter
- ½ glass of Milk
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180-200°C.
Melt the chocolate and the butter in a double boiler.
In a bowl, whisk the flour, the sugar and the baking powder.
In the middle, add the eggs. Mix well until the mixture becomes smooth. Then, add the milk.
Add the melted chocolate, mix and fill the Savarin mould, previously greased.
Bake for 35 min.
