Ingredients
For the Dough
- 175 g of Floor
- 60 g of Sugar
- 50 g of Almond Powder
- 10 g of Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch of Salt
For the Tart Filling
- 5 Biscuits
- 800 g of Fruits of the Forest (Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Currants…)
- 75 g de of Sugar
- ½ glass of Red Wine
- 3 soup spoons of Blackberries Jelly

Preparation
Dough
Whisk the eggs and the sugar until the mixture whitens and add the salt. Add the flour and the almond powder until the mixture presents a sandy texture.
Knead the dough by hand adding the butter progressively, then make a ball and let it in the refrigerator while 30 min.
After this time, spread the dough with 2 à 3 millimetres of thickness and put it in the moulds, previously greased.
Prick the dough slightly with a fork and bake for 20 min.
Filling
Mix the biscuits and put it in the bottom of the baked tarts.
Boil the wine with the sugar and cook the fruits in the wine while 2 min.
Drain the fruits and put it above the biscuits, in the bottom of the tarts.
Reduce the syrup to half of the quantity, add the blackberries Jelly and let it boil.
Let it cool, then pour it above the fruits.
