Ingredients
For the Dough
- 250 g of all-purpose Flour
- 150 g of Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg Yolk
For the Filling (Custard)
- 1 Egg
- 2 Egg yolks
- 250 ml of Milk
- 40 g of all-purpose Flour
- 75 g of Sugar
- Fruits

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Dough
Mix all the ingredients. Wrap the dough in cellophane and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Line the mould with the dough, Prick the itwith a fork and bake until it golden.
Filling (Custard)
Bring 200 ml of milk to boil.
In a bowl, mix the other ingredients with the rest of the milk.
Add the hot milk into the bowl, mix vigorously and let it get thick.
Let it cool. Dispose on the baked dough and put fruits above the filling.
