Ingredients
- 125 g of Flour
- 125 g of Sugar
- ½ sachet of Baking Powder
- 100 g of Dark Chocolate
- 120 g de Melted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and the sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the melted butter, then the flour, the salt and the baking powder.
Melt the chocolate with 2 soup spoons of water in a double boiler.
Divide the preparation in 2 equal parts and add the melted chocolate to one of them.
Fill the savarin mould, previously greased, and bake during 35 min.
