Ingredients
For the Dough
- 350 g of Flour (for Bread Dough)
- 2 coffee spoon of Salt
- 1 sachet of Baking Powder
- 3 soup spoons of Olive Oil
- 25 cl of Tepid Water
- Some Floor
Toppings
- Tomatoes
- Tomato Sauce
- Pepperoni
- Pepper
- Mozzarella
- Parsley

Preparation
Dough
Put the floor in a big bowl, then add the salt, the baking powder and the olive oil.
Add the tepid water gradually and mix with a wooden spoon. Mix it well.
Cover the bowl with a dishcloth during 1h in a warm place.
After this time, put some flour on the countertop and knead the dough as if it was a bread dough. Give it the shape of the pizza mould.
Pizza
Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza dough.
Add the pieces of pepper, pepperoni, tomato and mozzarella.
Cook it at 180°c during 30 min, the last minute in grill function.
After cooking, put some parsley on the pizza.
