Ingredients
- 1 L of Milk
- 7 Egg Yolks
- 150 g of Sugar
- 2 tbs of Corn Starch
- 2 strips of Lemon Peel
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- Sugar for the crust

Preparation
In a pan, mix the yolks with flour then add the sugar.
Incorporate the milk slowly.
Then, put the strips of lemon and the cinnamon.
Let it boil until it thicken and remove the cinnamon and the lemon.
Put in the moulds and spread sugar above the cream and burn it with a paddle.
